Knowing this we started to
work in 1996 over the idea of
making premium olive oil. We
already had the most difficult
thing: the climate and the soil.
After two years we planted
the olive trees with the best
technology to be able to
produce the very best oil. In
2001 we had our first oil crop.
Our mentality is to produce
the best oil starting from the
trees and the olives.
